Majesty

I have stood before the canyon,
The one they call the Grand.
I have seen the mighty ocean,
Full of fury beat the sand.
I have walked among the Redwoods,
So stately and so tall.
I have hiked beside a roaring stream,
And watched the waterfall.

Right there, in what we call nature,
God's mighty Presence is so real.
As my eyes behold such splendor,
I cannot help but feel,
Overwhelmed by who He really is,
The One who made them all.
Before Him even these wonders are
Insignificant and small.

The Canyon, Redwoods, the ocean,
The crashing waterfall, to me
Bear witness to God's mighty power,
And His glorious Majesty.
He's Almighty God, the Creator,
The Lord of everything.
My heart overflows with awe, as I
Worship Jesus, the King.
